Is anyone else’s as filthy as mine? :(
I miss when it was clean a couple weeks ago. Damn rain.

Phone-less at the moment(besides my work phone), so a description will have to do. The sides are covered in mud/sand, splattered up from the ground during heavy rainfall. Under that is a sap covered mess. So it’s a faded dark blue at the moment.

This is the best a can do because I don’t want to go outside.

Mine’s tucked safely in the garage, surrounded by my crap.

At the garage, but the levels of brake dust on the Passat are atrocious right now.

Filthy and in need of a lot of work. My wrenching motivation drops exponentially as the rainy season approaches

From Friday, but as you can see, I took it off pavement, so it’s not exactly spotless now.

Like this:
I assume, as it hasn’t seen use since when I took that picture about 2 weeks ago, and it is parked indoors.

328i or 335i?

When are you going to trade that in for the wagon?

335i. I also have a 328i sedan as well.

Do you think an E91 328i is a good idea for someone such as I?

From lunch break a few hours ago. Note the mud on the side and mirror.

Absolutely. I think I’ve tried to shill the 328i to you before. If my 328i was manual, I wouldn’t have even bought my 335i. My 328i is a 2007 sedan nearing 100k and it has performed very well for me.
I’ve owned it since 50k, and in that time besides oil, brakes, and tires, I’ve only had to do the rear main seal, crankshaft position sensor, and a battery that couldn’t handle a cold winter night. Feel free to ask any specific questions. I love the E9x and spend lots of time reading up on them on the forums.

My car is in the shop (lol) so a description will have to do. Front end is completely off, engine is probably going to make its way out

It hasn’t moved since I took this picture, so I guess it kind of counts.

I don’t have a picture of Piglet right now, it’s 1am here. I have a picture from a couple of weeks ago. She has some brake dust on the front wheels and a little mud on the lower edge of the rear bumper but I’ve been busy doing other peoples cars.

Talk about filthy! I did wash it though today. I just haven’t taken any pictures because it’s still kinda dirty afterwards. Needs another wash lol

It’s dark and raining, but if I go outside later I’ll take a picture. It is pretty dirty as well

Hmm, it’s dark.
The DDs are all clean though, I gave them a bath yesterday.

Umm... Looks pretty clean to me.
The MJ is clean cause I just washed it, because I felt bad for leaving it sit covered in salt after driving through a slush-fest on the way back from a body shop. But until recently it frequently looked like this because gravel roads in Manitoba:
More of the road network is asphalt in Alberta, especially my corner of the world.
The Niva was last washed in the Tennessee River near Muscle Shoals back in February, although has only done about 2000 miles since then. I pretty much drove straight home and abandoned it in my yard. Hopefully I can get the finishing touches on it tomorrow, at which point it’ll likely get a bath before going for inspection.
I’ve never washed Saint Jimmy. It wasn’t clean when I bought the Saint back in May, but I just couldn’t be bothered for a $250 POS. As soon as the Niva is back on the road, it’ll probably get a bath before going up for sale.
It’s too dark out for “as it sits now” pics.

It’s a very tricky process. First I have to buy the wagon, then I have to swap all the manual parts from the sedan over to the wagon, then swap all the automatic parts from the wagon to the sedan, then sell the sedan.

It was super clean before doing 650 miles in it over the weekend. Picture actually makes it look not-dirty, but I promise it’s filthy.
This one’s always filthy. Bonus brush guard unicorn because my colleague thinks he’s funny.
